A great welcome and fantastic service for 3 people with 3 dogs. Food was lovely and plentyfull. Views from the cafe were impressive too. We'll surely be coming back next time we are this way.

Fantastic PYO farm! Came through from Glasgow for a half day out. Came for strawberries and raspberries which both tasted wonderful, juicy & sweet. Great they were under tunnels as was a day of heavy showers and was v.glad to not have got soaked! Dog friendly which was the main reason for choosing this farm given we were travelling from Glasgow. Not allowed in tunnels (understandable!) so make sure you come with at least 1 other person to take turns watching while the rest pick :) On site cafe was perfect for a post pick lunch treat & again lovely to have an area inside which is dog friendly! Will be back next year

Lovely little place in the country. Had a nice bit of soup for lunch but not much vegan options. Service is slow so don't be in a rush. Staff were lovely.

Great food and great views with a nice atmosphere both tables and comfy lounge chairs. Breakfasts are particularly good. Staff were warm and friendly. Prices are ok. Nice gift shop with Scottish crafts. Lots of parking. Farm tracks for about a mile off the main road but partly gritted.

Farm shop-cum-cafe near Dunning. Delicious coffee and excellent traybakes (a bit pricey albeit). Loose leaf tea for TWO was suspiciously actually tea for ONE - the extra hot water as opposed to a larger pot or two pots was seemingly a bit cheeky. This brings the rating down.

Found this place while falling in love with Scotland - Recommended Road trip stop, Beautiful fields of yellow in every direction - Nearby Historic Village, and Maggie’s Wall for those into Witchcraft/and or unique history. Fresh Baked Goods A mix of Local Quality Scottish Cheeses Were my highlights while there. Met one of the owners, she provided a nice history of the area, and insights into the family farming operations. Well worth visiting! Meant to share this review over a year ago, loved it enough to still share it now!

It was a tough decision whether to live off strawberries or have lunch while visiting and then go strawberry picking after. We fortunately did choose to have lunch and the meals were excellent. The rad cabbage slaw that came with the cheeseburger was delicious, the chips that came with the meal were outstanding. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I can easily say these are the best chips I have ever had. The cheeseburger itself was excellent value for money as well. The meat patty was thick and juicy. My friend said the soup was OK, the rather peculiar flavour of leek and mushroom, his only complaint is that it was too salty. The staff were quick to attend to our every need and also looked after our dog bringing him water whilst we were dining. Euan the manager, was friendly and let me know all about the farm, the strawberries and the business. I was shocked to find out that the only reason they don't open Mondays and Tuesdays was due staffing issues. The Play barn for the children was £6 an hour per child. As I was with 4 children, this sadly put it out of my price range and would have taken my final bill to over £100. The strawberry picking however was fairer value for money with the kids walking away with 2 x huge baskets for £12.50. I believe it was £6 a kilo charge. The shop in the farm had plenty of things to purchase for kids and adults. I will be back and hopefully this summer!
